Moroccan Flavour

Such a wonderful weekend! It is absolutely gorgeous outside. It is currently 81 degrees and sunny, with a few wispy clouds. Spring is giving way to the summer months soon and we are off to a good start.
Now that the month is wrapped up for challenges on the forum, I have something to share. Magickal Scraps forum offers some of the greatest challenges! Not only is there the challenge, but, Snowy, or the other ladies, add an extra twist. This is in the form of a lesson or a tutorial of some sort. One month we made lace from “ding-bat” fonts.

For April, the Colour Challenge was based on a Moroccan theme. The color palette was:

As you can see, these colours lend themselves well to the north African region. This challenge was a lot of fun! Now, I would like to share it with everyone. Click on each preview to download.

The Elements:
The Frames, Mattes, Borders, etc.:
The Papers:
I do hope you enjoy! Thank you for looking.

A trip over to Magickal Scraps will certainly be a treat. Go check out what they’re doing over there.

  1. Hi Su, it’s a lovely kit for sure. hanks for popping over to my blog and giving a little message now and then. Really appreciated. So I thought it was my turn now, LOL. You know what is funny? On Sunday the 3rd you post this kit and today I too have something with Morrocon influences on my blog! Not the challenge kit, but another one. And only today I went over to your blog again after some time, I must admit! I have hard times sometimes keeping up with only a few blogs, I just haven’t time enough to read as much as I should like, well, we all now the time problem, I suppose. We did had a fun time at the last chat again, didn;t we? It always make you feel good and after it I really sleep well!! Must be some connection. Okay, that’s it for now, see you around on Magickal scraps! Hugs Kyra

  3. This kit is really beautiful Su. You have certainly found your own creative niche. I'm not motivated to craft or create at the moment – if you see my mojo around just send it back to me please – lol.I am really enjoying your blog and catching up of all that you have been doing. All being well I well get mine up to date this weekend – don't think I've posted anything for nearly 2 months now. Take care.Hugs, Keryn
